Fraud Alert: Protect Your Account from Scammers Posing as Fraud Departments

We have been notified of an increase in fraud attempts where scammers are contacting members pretending to be from a fraud department—either Downriver CU’s or a generic one—in an effort to steal personal information. Please remember that Downriver CU will never call you and ask for sensitive information (PIN #, Full Card #, or other personal details).
