Free Car Wash Fridays

Would you like to keep your car looking great all summer long?  Downriver CU will be hosting a FREE CAR WASH on select Fridays throughout Summer 2024, weather permitting, as a way to help local senior high schools raise funds for their various classes, teams, or other groups. Please note that these are "FREE" car washes but donations will be encouraged to help with each fundraiser.

Car washes will be held at our Southgate Office located at 15261 Trenton Rd., just south of Eureka Rd. 

Here are the schools who have been scheduled to participate in our Free Car Wash Fridays: 

• Friday, June 21 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Allen Park HS Band/Music Department
• Friday, June 28 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Southgate Anderson Class of 2025
• Friday, July 5 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm - 
• Friday, July 12 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Summit Academy MS Symphonic Band
• Friday, July 19 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Wyandotte HS Boys Swim Team
• Friday, July 26 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Wyandotte HS Girls Swim Team
• Friday, August 2 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Lincoln Park Marching Rails
• Friday, August 9 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Summit Academy HS Fine Arts
• Friday, August 16 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Lincoln Park Swim Team
• Friday, August 23 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Allen Park HS Class of 2025

* Weather cancellations will be displayed on this page as necessary, so please be sure to check back on the day of each car wash if the weather is questionable!
