Donation Requests

Downriver Credit Union is committed to our members and to our Downriver community and would like to support local organizations whenever possible.  Due to the number of requests we receive, priority will be given to requests that are from a Downriver CU member, have a direct connection with a Downriver CU member, reflect the mission of Downriver CU, or fulfill a relevant need of the Downriver community at large.

Please begin your request by completing the form below. All requests should be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date the donation is needed.

    • I certify that the information in this request is accurate and that I am authorized to request donations on behalf of this organization.  I agree that if the donation is granted, that it will be used for the purpose outlined in this request and may not be used for any other purpose.  I agree that if the event does not take place, that the donation will be returned or notification provided as to how the donation was used.
